Interventional Spine was founded by a team of experienced medical device executives and clinicians who have a track record of successfully developing innovative devices, including previous spinal devices, and benefits from a strong management team with significant experience in the medical device industry.

Mr. Cuevas has over twenty nine years of experience in medical device companies. He has held executive positions with multinational medical device companies, having served as Vice President and Corporate Officer of Medtronic, in charge of their Heart Valve Business in Irvine, California; President and General Manager of Allergan's main intraocular lens facility in Puerto Rico, and Project Manager for Edwards Lifesciences.

Prior to joining Interventional Spine, Mr. Cuevas was President and CEO of 3F Therapeutics, a developmental stage Cardiovascular Company, which he sold to publicly held ATS Medical. Mr. Cuevas holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico as well as an MBA from National University in San Diego. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the California Healthcare Institute, the American Heart Association, Orange County, CA chapter, and of the Keck's Graduate Institute (part of The Claremont Colleges) Corporate Advisory Committee. Mr. Cuevas presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Onset Medical, a private company.

Mr. Dahmen has been with the company since September 2007 and joined Interventional Spine, Inc. with 16 years of experience in Healthcare and medical device companies. Prior to joining Interventional Spine his experience includes working at Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic and most recently Cyberonics. While at Cyberonics, Mr. Dahmen helped launch the field sales organization and was part of the Senior Leadership team where he held the position of Geographic Business Unit Director.

Since graduating in June 2005 from Cardiff University with a BSc (Econ), Ms Price has been working within the Spine sector of the medical device industry. Her career began at Stryker Spine UK, where she gained a place on their prestigious graduate training scheme, working as a Sales Associate before quickly moving up to become one of the divisions most successful sales people. She joined Interventional Spine in September 2007 as a Clinical Specialist in the EMEA region, providing clinical and technical support to the newly developing distribution network.

She was promoted to European Marketing Manager in March 2008 where she set up the Interventional Spine European Surgeon Education Programme and initiated and coordinated setting up clinical studies.

In March 2009 she was promoted to Director, European Business, a role which has allowed her to combine her acute technical and clinical knowledge with her profound understanding of the European Spine market, in order to support and expand the European business.
